Rozay Policy
- Dress code: Our lounge dress code is smart casual. We do not permit to those with casual tracksuits, flat caps or slippers. We do still allow trainers, however we do politely ask for these to be smart trainers. Our dress code is at the discretion of our staff and we reserve the right to refuse entry.
- How do I reserve a table? We exclusively take bookings via our website and also on our Instagram account. you can find our booking system via ‘Reservations’ on our home page, or on the navigation bar at the top of the page. Just. drop us a line with your contact details and we do the rest.
- Do you welcome walk-in guests? Walk-in guests are always welcome! However we strongly advise booking with big groups, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings , we will do our best to seat you as soon as possible.
- How long is wait time for walk-in? Unfortunately we cannot predict wait times for tables! Our wait times depend purely on how many walk-in guests we have and how busy we are.
- How long is my table held for? all tables are held for maximum of 15 minutes, if in doubt of making your reserved time then please reach out to our team in advance to your booking and we will try our best to amend it.
- Do you have car park? we do not offer car park however there are plenty of pay and display bays and single yellow lanes that are all free after 6.30pm very close to the lounge.
- Is there a time limit for my booking?All our tables have a 2 hour limit, this is to ensure everyone is seated at the time of their booking. If we are quiet, you may be able to stay beyond the 2 hour slot, however, this is at the discretion of our staff.
